I am trying to link my game to a master account i have my access key but need a serial number where do i find this? some please help

So what you're trying to do is add a campaign/expansion to an account you've already made?

*First, log in to your existing account.
*Secondly, click the 'Edit Account' button at the bottom of the screen.
*Next, select 'Manage Account Keys' and click Next.
*Add the access key of the new campaign/expansion, and then complete any other steps required.

NOTE: Whatever you do, DO NOT make a new account. If you do that, you'll have one account with what you had before, and a completely fresh account with just the new stuff. If you want to be able to use your existing characters and travel between the new and old stuff, make sure you add your access key to your existing account.

There is no serial key. Keep in mind that NCSoft master accounts cover other games also. Some things are left blank if the game you are linking does not have that.
